I have private one to one yoga lessions twice a week. I am 17 ( boy ). On one particular exercise my yoga teacher has to put her foot on my buttocks for about a minute or more and push them in to make sure i am doing it correctly. But yesterday when i got home i noticed there was a big black footmark on my white shorts and it won`t come off. Should i tell her about the mark? I also have a small bruise. Should i tell her about that as well? Because she has to put her foot on my bum every session and she pushes hard and i might get more bruises.

I think you should tell her, even though it may take some courage. You should feel comfortable with your yoga-teacher. Do you get on with her otherwise? Maybe you should consider a different teacher if you don’t feel comfortable. Consider taking classes at a studio with other people – the teacher still corrects your poses.

A simple solution for the foot mark is to wear black pants : o )
