Yoga postures and positions are proving hard! Can anyone give me a link to a yoga course, preferably free? Moreover, Does anyone know of any different forms of yoga?

Yoga postures can be very difficult unless you know how. It is well known that there secret to yoga. I have not found yet, but I recently signed up to a course of yoga, and belive that they have the key. There is a free version of this course.
