I want to study but I feel lethargic and mentally unfocused. So, I need to take a nap or get some caffeine to get my energy back to stay focus. but instead I decide to take 30 minutes yoga practice.

What practice /pose (in order sequence) I could do to shift my energy?

Sun Salutations are an excellent way to get your energy going and help stimulate your mind. Just 15 minutes will help you out in a pinch. Sun Salutation sequence A is the one I like.
The most important thing is to remember to breathe, and time the asanas with your breath. Never sacrifice your breath for the pose.
For Sun Salutation A, stand in Tadasana (mountain pose), inhale, reach up, energizing your fingers to the sky, ehxhale, swan dive over your legs into standing forward bend, inhale, step back with one foot into a lunge, step the other foot back into plank, exhale and lower down, inhale and come into chataranga (upward facing dog), exhale and come up to downward facing dog and hold for 5 breaths, actively reaching your sits bones to the sky and reaching your head and neck to extend the spine, making sure your shoulders slide down your back. Inhale, Step one foot forward between your hands, come into standing forward bend, exhale, lightly bend the knees and reach your heart forward, lifting to a flat back, inhale, come back into standing forward bend, then exhale and sweep the arms up and reach up to the sky, inhale and bring the hands down into prayer pose. Repeat 4 more times. :)
