One person told me to do yoga every day as a teenager may increase their adult height of 2 inches?

One person told me to do yoga every days as a teenager can increase adult height of 2 inches by stretching the spine before making increasing. (The accounts of the spine 35% of its height, so it makes sense to me)

I do not know of any experience or training, but judging by what yoga does to a body that makes perfect sense. Maybe not 2 inches, and there's probably a lot of be vertical not be allowed to do, but it makes sense.
