What yoga poses can / cannot be done by people who have undergone kidney transplant?
My mom loves yoga after reading so much about the books he bought, and I really would like to try a bit of time. However, the problem is that he had undergone transplantation kidney, which sort of complicates things. Therefore, yoga be suitable for persons who have undergone kidney transplantation, and if so, what attitudes should be avoided, or can you do? have been consulted her doctor and her doctor asked her to go ahead ..
I'm happy that her mother wants to try Yoga. Yoga is basically stretching exercises. No sudden movements jumps involved (as in step or other cardiovascular exercises) and yoga is a soothing addition to stress. I'm not surprised that your doctor called ahead. My nephrologist encouraged me throughout my tenure of renal failure and transplantation. In fact, it my strong belief that exercise is an important factor in my continued recovery and gym. ….. However there are a couple of tricks to make things right. Do not push themselves to the point of exhaustion. I tried all the yoga postures. I do my best. I push it a tad bit to try new positions or difficult. But I pull back and / or take rest in Child's pose "(rest pose) when there is no discomfort / fatigue. Movements should be soft and gentle. In Yoga, you must " listen to your body. "Every day, the body balances are different. may have been a change in drugs. Lunch or last night would not be sitting too well.
The key is to do what "feels" good. She gradually gain experience in the positions for a period of time. Personally, I realized that my abs are in poor condition (with the long transverse incision). So easy going during training abs. Go slow and steady work. Good luck to your mother!
