What is the best yoga technique for the study and practice?
I am interested in starting a yoga practice. What technique or school of yoga would be best and why?
Congratulations on your interest in yoga, but warned that Western influence in yoga, its essence has changed considerably. Yoga fashions new guidelines for pain, no gain "I am the body" western yoga exercise approach is common rabies. Traditionally, yoga is taught in a relationship guru disciple and the guru disciple completey understood, therefore guiding the disciple in the right way.
