I’ve been to four Bikram classes over the past week, and each one has been exactly the same. While I understand the practice involves completing 26 postures in 105+ degree temperature, do instructors ever change it up? Its enjoyable and I have already seen benefits (its so good for your skin), t seems quite repetitive already…

if the workout never changes, you can only get a certain amount of results, whether duration resistance or more variations of excercises… you can only get so much out of results… me… i prefer to surf, you should try it
